TYPES OF SCAMS ON ANIMAL JAM!

Hello Jammers. Agent Kim here with another post. I've decided to make this post about Types of Scams on Animal Jam  , because here on Jamaa's Scackers Destination we need to make sure to look out for these types of scams which happen on a regular basis (sadly). So, without further ado, let's get started!

Scam #1- The Birthday Scam: "It's my birthday, send me rares!" does that sound familiar? Well, it's most likely not their birthday, so try to to avoid that!

Scam #2- The 10th Person to Send... Scam: "Tenth person to send me a rare get's _______". I'm pretty sure a majority of people have fell for this one. The reason the scammer is doing this is so he/she can receive multiple of rares at the same time, but will eventually leave/log out.

Scam #3- The Code Scam: "Come to my den for a code!". This one is quite frequent even nowadays. Before they tell you the "code" they will want you to send them something "superior", basically a rare/beta. But, once they have gotten the rare/beta, they will lock everyone out of their den.

Scam #4- The Not Accepting Trade Scam: "I don't accept any trades, try me!". This one is eye catching, most people will want to try it, but avoid it because maybe once or twice they will decline, but once you do your best, they'll accept. But thanks to AJ'S Trading System Improvement , I doubt anyone should fall for this scam!

Scame #5- The Send for Send Scam: " Send me a _____ and I'll send a ______!" The blanks are the rares/betas. And, of course you want that beta/rare so you'll do it and most likely not get anything back, So avoid this scam!

That's it for the majority of the scams, but since AJ has improved on their safety of the Trading System, scammers are finding ways to scam other ways. One way may be by sending, that's why most of the scams to prevent are ones that you'll need to "send". Hopefully AJ improves on this as well! Anyways, that's it for this post STAY SAFE and JAM ON!

Hey guys! Agent Ladybug here with another scammer! I'm on a roll! This one was hosting a giveaway at his den!

Some other people were there. He said this once everyone was calm.

He told us to trade for the freedom hat that was on his trade.

The chat log is shown down here. He told me to trade two items for it. I asked him if he would decline, which he replied no. At this time, everyone was gone but me and them.

I asked him this. He replied:

This is when it gets either interesting or sad. You be the judge.

He just did that.

I decided to give him a chance and trade him a black long, a red long, and a headdress.

I'm kidding, or course!

I traded him green mech angel wings and fake green glossies.

Then guess what?

I jam-a-grammed him telling him i had pictures, and he told me to go to my den.

I saw him, and he quickly left without saying ANYTHING.

Don't gift me back the items, they were bad and I didn't want them.

Scammer: ejg208 & ejg207

Hey guys! It's Agent Ladybug here with a post about a traditional scammer.

They were doing the "trade me ___ and win ___" scam.

They were saying "trade nerd glasses for hover table and win a HUGE Surprise!!"

I asked her this and she replied with:

Get what?? 

I asked her why not to trade for the surprise.

them="you get the tale (table) and the woods (wood floor)."

Me="why not trade for the wood den(then)?"

Then they started to freak out along with someone else.

They claimed that their 'cousin' got it.

Then a snow leopard said "OMG TY SNOW"

I guessed that was her 'cousin'.

I asked for proof, and she showed it.

I neglected to get the picture of proof...

She did have wood floors on trade.

I also would like to point out that this was her username.

Their difference is by one number... That seems like a dead give away.

Me and someone else (if you are reading, thanks :D) started asking for proof that they were different people.

I asked them to walk around at the same time.

They started blaming lag. The only thing was that they ONLY lagged (or complained about it at least) when I asked them to move. That lag has perfect timing, hm?

That's when they decided to start poking fun at us (not pictured)

also... I told them that I was taking pictures for a scam watch society, they told the other person to go to their den because they 'bought a new smoothie machine'.

Suuure.

Hi! This is Agent Ladybug here.

I'm a new agent, and I'll try to be active.

I'm honestly new to this Blogger stuff, so sorry if i make any mistakes.

Hacker:Nitnaks

Helloo guys agent bubble here! I decided to do a blog post about a hacker who has hacked me TWICE.
Her name is Nitnaks. Violet i forgot to tell you this. She used to be my friend but hacked me.
I dont know HOW she hacked me. I NEVER released my password on AJ becuse of the rules and chat system. I asked her WHY she hacked me but kept lying and sending me jam a grams saying stuff like
"I would never had (hack) a buddy" "I never did this." I dont have her player card but here is her Youtube channel logo


She lies, Is cruel, and hacked me.  Please block her and all around STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!
And guess what. She also left me a mean message on my jammer wall but i deleted  and it had a little proof she hacked me. I told AJHQ but they wouldnt give my items back and she got out of it scot free.
Be carefull jammers! And change your password regulary.

HEY JAMMERS!

Agent violet here.

Sorry its been awhile since I have posted I haven't really had much time to catch scammers.

When I first saw this scammer say something I kinda had a feeling he was a scammer.

Turns out after I told my buddy I was catching scammers mumacow admitted he had scammed before.

Here he claims he is a scammer. 

I told him that scamming isn't good. He laughed and said its very fun to get rares.

Well guess who's getting reported and posted about?

Im gonna tell him to check this out!

Also we are also at 10000 page views!

Wow I can't believe that. Thanks every agent who keeps posting even if they do it once in awhile.
